Titus O’Neil Comments? CM Punk’s Fight Delayed Again, Vince Tweets Bret Hart
Titus O’Neil’s Post-Suspension Comments
It what may be a reference to his suspension for unprofessional conduct, Titus O’Neil posted the following on Instagram today:
“For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled (ranked below others who are honored or rewarded), and he who humbles himself (keeps a modest opinion of himself and behaves accordingly) will be exalted (elevated in rank).” Luke 14:11 #Blessed #ContentOfCharacter #Faith #Family #Community.”
As noted earlier, the former Prime Time Player has been dealt a 90 day disciplinary suspension for yanking on Vince McMahon’s arm and trying to do some kind of shoulder bump/handshake. The incident occurred off the main TV cameras following RAW, when everyone was on stage for Daniel Bryan’s farewell. Reports say Titus was being playful, but Vince can be seen shoving him away.
Overall it was an awkward situation and there’s probably more to the story. Some have suggested that Vince initially brushed it off, but changed his mind before SmackDown to send a message to the locker room that they are to be professional at all times. There’s somewhat of an irony there considering Titus is one of the stars that does the most charitable work and presents the company in a positive light.
Mick Foley Tweeted that this will probably end up being a positive:
Hang in there @TitusONeilWWE – I feel in my heart that something good will come out of this.

Fans are certainly coming out in his support, caring about him more now than ever before.
CM Punk Needs Surgery
CM Punk’s UFC debut has been delayed yet again because the former WWE star now needs back surgery.
“It got bad enough to the point where I couldn’t do anything the week before I went to train with the New Jersey Devils last month. One day I could manage, the next day I couldn’t. I’ve been in agony for almost a month. Chiropractor, acupuncture, massage, cryotherapy, nothing worked,” Punk told MMAFighting.com.
His first opponent is now set to be Mickey Gall.
Vince Gives Bret Hart Support
Vince McMahon Tweeted in support of Bret Hart who is undergoing prostate cancer surgery today:
Another challenge for @BretHart, but ultimately victory. #GoodLuckToday
