Steve Austin RAW

Randy Orton Legit Injured

It was revealed last night on RAW that Randy Orton was “injured” by the Wyatt family and couldn’t make it to the show. It turns out that he is legitimately dealing with a shoulder issue and his match on the Hell In A Cell kick-off show has been cancelled. The specific details of the injury are not yet known, but it’s believed he is going for further evaluation before any course of action is decided.

Stacked RAW Going In To HIAC

WWE went all out last night to try and rebound from the recent low ratings and build the hype for Hell In A Cell. Despite claiming he wasn’t going to appear himself the company managed to persuade Steve Austin to open the show in a quick segment that saw him introduce the Undertaker.

Taker then had a war of the words with Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar building up to their “final match” at the PPV. The show then immediately went in to a 6 man tag with Cena and The Dudleys vs The New Day, which resulted in a table spot on Xavier Woods:

Shawn Michaels also made made an appearance and was confronted by Seth Rollins.

Shawn later coaxed Rollins to reunite with the The Shield to take on the Wyatts.

Oddly Erick Rowan returned with little impact or explanation, simply accompanying the Wyatts.

Ric Flair also made an appearance to hype Wrestlemania before Roman Reigns hit the ring earlier in the night.

Funny RAW Signs

There were several funny signs at RAW and thankfully WWE security did not overreact to them. Some that caught the camera included “Swing My Wife” in reference to Cesaro, and a Wrestlemania 32 sign that was quickly flipped to reveal “3 Hours Suck” which got a pop from the crowd.

Goldust Returning Soon

Goldust recently noted on Twitter that he’s set to return to the ring soon. He has been out of the ring since May with a shoulder injury.
