GFW Debuts With 6 Sided Ring
Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling (GFW) had its first live event yesterday from a ballpark in Jackson, Tennessee, with upwards of 400 fans in attendance. The company have gone with a 6 sided ring. Here’s what went down:
– Brandon Baxter (former USWA manager ) did the ring announcing.
– The Tate Twins def. The Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent Baretta).
– Sonjay Dutt def. Jamin Olivencia with a top rope Splash.
– Thea Trinadad def. Lei’D Tapa with a spinning DDT.
– Moose def. Kevin Matthews with a Spear after the first pinfall from Matthews was reversed.
Chris “Adonis” Mordetzky (the former Chris Masters) def. “5 Star” Dustin Starr with the Masterlock.
– Jim Cornette led a 10 bell salute for Dusty Rhodes.
– Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows (with Cornette) def. the New Heavenly Bodies.
