Legendary wrestling announcer Tony Schiavone has hosted a segment for AEW’s first episode of ‘The Road To All Out’.

The former voice of WCW took fans to the ‘Control Center’ where he recapped the feud between Adam Page and Chris Jericho and then went to JR for a sitdown interview with Shawn Spears.

During the interview none other than Tully Blanchard also debuted as Spears’ manager.

It’s not immediately known whether Tony Schiavone will be working with the fledgeling promotion longterm or what his deal entails, but having he and Jim Ross working in the same company in 2019 is certainly unexpected.

He most recently provided commentary for MLW but is not signed to an exclusive contract.
