Jimmy Snuka’s First Hearing

Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka attended the preliminary hearing regarding his third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charge this week, in Allentown, PA. The 72 year old’s lawyers waived the proceedings in return for the evidence and transcripts that the grand jury have already seen.

“He is not dreading this trial. He is looking forward to clearing his name. And I expect he’ll be found innocent and all charges,” said his attorney Robert Kerwin on Wednesday outside the court building.

The prosecution argue that Snuka is responsible for the 1983 death of his mistress Nancy Argentino.

Meanwhile a GoFundMe Page has been set up to cover medical costs related to Snuka’s Stomach Cancer. So far it has raised $500.

Irvin Muchnick who wrote the eBook “JUSTICE DENIED: The Untold Story of Nancy Argentino’s Death” is offering the book for $2.99, with all the proceeds going to a women’s shelter supported by the Argentino family.
