Bill Apter’s Benoit Conspiracy Theory, Austin Shoots On Flair, Lita’s New WWE Role
Bill Apter Falls Off The Deep End
Legendary kayfabe pro wrestling journalist Bill Apter just fell off the deep end in an appearance on Talk Is Jericho. During the podcast he said he believed a conspiracy theory that the Benoit family were really taken out in a professional hit!
“I think somehow Chris got in some sort of trouble. I don’t know what it was, I don’t know what it was after or whatever, but I think something happened. I think when he got home, Nancy and his son were already dead. To me, if a hit, a murder, is done in a professional way, they can make it look like you did it and you committed suicide as well. I understand that husbands and wives kill each other sometimes. They do! But not the boy. This is what didn’t make sense to me, because I knew they had a volatile relationship, [Chris] and Nancy, there were a lot of issues and all that, but because of Daniel, the boy, and how enamored he was with Daniel, I still, today, can’t fathom that he could do this.”
I explored most of the Chris Benoit conspiracy theories in the following article and in a video series on Youtube. The most logical conclusion is that Chris committed the murders while in a severely impaired mental state caused by concussions. Jericho himself seems to concur:
“I would say, if I’m talking rationally, I would say concussions. I would say the same thing that happened with Junior Seau and all these type of guys.”
Junior Seau is one of many former NFL players who have committed suicide while suffering from CTE like Benoit.
Austin Denies Wrestlemania Boycott
Steve Austin has denied claims that he would boycott Wrestlemania next year if Michael Hayes isn’t inducted in to the WWE Hall of Fame. The rumors began on Ric Flair’s podcast, when he said Austin personally told him this. While Austin has certainly expressed that he thinks Hayes deserves the honor, he says the boycott claim is BS:
The reports of me boycotting #WM32 are once again, pure bullshit. The End.
