Adam Rose Arrested Following Domestic Incident
Adam Rose Charged With Battery
Adam Rose (real name Raymond Leppan) was arrested by the Hillsborough County, FL sheriffs office this morning, following a domestic incident with his wife Cassandra.
The suspended WWE Superstar was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and felony tampering with a witness.
According to the police report the couple had gotten in to an argument and Rose is alleged to have grabbed Cassandra’s face while yelling at her. When she dialled 911, he took the phone from her mid-conversation, which he admitted to police. This resulted in the felony tampering with a witness charge.
He’s being held without a bond until his arraignment.
TMZ acquired the mugshot.

Rose is currently serving a 60 day suspension from WWE after failing the company’s drug testing policy for the second time. While he publicly claimed that everything was above board and that he had a valid doctor’s prescription, he has not been able to prove his case. Even if he did have a prescription there are still rules and protocols he may have breached. WWE does not publicly reveal the banned substances detected during tests.
WWE’s Wellness Policy also dictates that if a wrestler is booked for a domestic incident they are indefinitely suspended until the case is cleared up. Should rose be convicted of a crime his WWE contract will be automatically terminated.
Hall of Famer Kevin Nash was suspended from his legend’s contract after being arrested for a domestic incident with his son over the 2014 holidays.
Adam Rose, his wife Cassandra and their young disabled son were featured heavily in last year’s ESPN E:60 WWE NXT Behind the Curtain documentary.
