62 year old David Angle (brother of Kurt Angle) has been charged with the murder of his wife, in their home in Dormont, Pennsylvania.

Paramedics reportedly responded at 6:24 am Sunday morning to a “domestic disturbance” and a woman not breathing. There they found Mrs. Angle unresponsive on the floor of the living room. David Angle told them wife Donna had attempted to get him to drink Vodka – alcohol being something they both struggled with – and when she wouldn’t leave him alone he grabbed her from the sofa, put his foot on her chest and pulled both arms until she lost conciousness.

“He said all of their arguments revolved around alcohol and added that he has ‘anger issues,’ ” a detective on the case revealed.

Reports suggest their was a history of abuse from both spouses.

Dave Hawk (manger of Kurt Angle) released the following statement:

“Due to the situation, Kurt would appreciate if you can honor his family’s request for privacy at his difficult time.”

David Angle is the eldest brother in the Angle family and has never been involved in pro wrestling. The home where the incident took place was the Angle family home, which David and his wife bought from his parents.
