Video of Undertaker Backstage, Nikki Bella’s Health, AJ Lee Talks Hallucination Storyline

Undertaker Gets Backstage Ovation

A video of The Undertaker following his WrestleMania retirement match with Roman Reigns has emerged on Twitter. The Deadman can be seen getting an ovation from the WWE crew while he walks backstage with his wife and former Superstar Michelle McCool.

Jim Ross discussed being able to call the match on his podcast:

Undertaker is Andre the Giant level. I signed my contract Friday evening at my WrestleCon adventure, so I didn’t know what I was going to do. I think Saturday someone told me I was going to do this match. I still didn’t know because they know I don’t like to know the finish so they didn’t tell me. I get there on Saturday and put two and two together and thought, wait a minute, this is Undertaker’s last match, Jesus! Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t put all the pieces together until I got to the stadium because I would have gone crazy after that. Here’s the deal—I would of had to think about that while doing my own shows and I didn’t need that during the time.

Nikki Bella’s Neck Injured Again

One of the reasons Nikki Bella is taking time off to do non-wrestling projects is because her neck is in a bad way again. The newly engaged reality star told E! Online that she “had to get MRIs and CT scans and we realized that I have a slight herniation above where I had surgery, which isn’t good, which means I have to take time off and I have to heal. And hopefully when that heals, if it does, I can get back in the ring.”

AJ Lee On Storyline She Rejected

Former WWE Superstar AJ Lee discussed a WWE storyline she rejected in an interview this week with the New York Post.

The ‘crazy’ skits would have seen her hallucinate, kiss Hornswoggle and dance with dinosaurs from outer space.

Because Lee felt it mocked her bipolar II disorder she refused to take part and was kept off TV for a few months in 2012 because of it. “It was a joke, but, to me, it wasn’t something to laugh at,” she explained.

The 3 time Diva’s Champion is currently promoting her autobiography Crazy Is My Superpower – out now.
