Goldberg Back In The Ring
Goldberg teased he was going to be doing something in the ring (and not for WWE) and it looks like he followed through, though let’s hope there’s more to come and on a bigger stage.
On Saturday at the Legends of Wrestling event at Citi Field in New York City, the former WCW star got in to it with Scott Steiner and delivered a Spear, before hitting the Jackahmmer on Doc Gallows.
For a long time Goldberg has said he wants to have one last match that his kids can see live, but as recently reported … WWE don’t want him back.
It’s not clear whether he’s actually considering a full blown match with Steiner.
WWE Confirms Tyson Kidd Injury
WWE.com have confirmed that Tyson Kidd was injured in a recent dark match with Samoa Joe:
Tyson Kidd sustained an injury while competing in a non-televised match against Samoa Joe last Monday night, June 1, in San Antonio. As the former WWE Tag Team Champion continues to be evaluated.
The fear is that it may be some kind of neck or spinal issue.
Although the move occurred during the Muscle Buster there’s no suggestion that Joe is being blamed in any way.
