Adam Rose and Konnor Suspended Under Wellness Policy

Adam Rose Konnor suspended

WWE have suspended Adam Rose and Konnor of the Ascension for 60 days, after failing the company’s Wellness testing policy. This means they are both on their second strike. WWE made the following statement this morning:

STAMFORD, Conn. – In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Raymond Leppan (Adam Rose) and Ryan Parmeter (Konnor) each for 60 days effective immediately for a second violation of the company’s policy.

WWE’s policy does not require them to reveal the exact reason for suspensions, but it most cases it will mean the Superstar has tested positive for a banned substance through a urine test or were caught in possession of a banned substance backstage. Wrestlers are also suspended if they test for elevated levels of allowed substances (such as Testosterone) or if they cannot provide a valid doctor’s prescription that has been okayed by WWE’s own doctors.

The reason WWE never publicly announced their first strikes is because they would have happened in developmental.

Since Rose (a member of the Social Outcasts) and Konnor (one half of The Ascension) are both already lower card talent, their future doesn’t seem too bright.
